I’ve been pretty lucky over the years to have the opportunity to meet so many people who’ll share their knowledge with me. Although much of it I understand, some of it does require repetition — hence my growing wine collection and love of coffee. It also leaves me with the great pleasure of writing down much of what I discover and the results are some publications I am really proud of.
Although I still have heaps to learn, this is always my motivation to get out and meet new people with the thirst for something tasty and exciting in the world of beverage.
